Plaintiffs: John Bird, JP, late mayor of Oxford.
Defendants: Richard Denington, mayor of Wallingford, Bezaleel Burt, claiming to be pro-proctor of Oxford University and Clement Leaver, Henry Tyler, John Williams, John Dod, and others, inhabitants of Wallingford.
Subject: Imprisonment, etc, of bailiffs sent to arrest the said Bezaleel Burt for breaking into the houses of plaintiff John Bird and Thomas Richardson at Oxford.
Berkshire, Oxfordshire.
