Plaintiffs: William Barrett gent, author of a book called 'De Jure Regis'.
Defendants: Thomas Neave of Little Dunham, yeoman, Francis Parlett esq, keeper of courts for [Robert Rich] Earl of Warwick, and others.
Subject: Imprisonment at Lynn on a bond for covenants of a lease of Wallington Park for the said Earl of Warwick and further action on the same covenants without warrant from the said Earl of Warwick.
Norfolk.
