Plaintiffs: Sir Pexall Brocas kt of Steventon, Hampshire.
Defendants: Robert Ward, yeoman, William Norton gent, Henry Smart, John Newman alias JohnNewcombe, and others.
Subject: Forcible entry, assault on servants of plaintiff, Sir Pexall Brocas and cutting and carrying hay in Little Brickhill, forcible entry and seizure of corn on land in Overton demised to said plaintiff by the said William Norton and perjury in an action concerning the latter.
Buckinghamshire.
Note: demurrer that perjury should be informed against by the Attorney General.
