Plaintiffs: Richard Boyfield, yeoman, William Thory gent and Edward Doe of Grafton Underwood, yeoman.
Defendants: William Burton gent of Sleaford, under-sheriff of Lincoln, George Plowright, son of John Plowright, yeoman and bailiff of the hundred of Huxloe, William Bawdrick, John Woodward, under-sheriff of Northamptonshire, and others.
Subject: Seizures of cattle from land in upper Toynton held by the said Richard Boyfield of George Goodfellowe of Roxton, Bedfordshire, seizure of a horse at Twywell, tampering with the solicitor of plaintiff Edward Doe to obtain judgment by default, utterance of a bond forged on the name of the said Richard Boyfield, and affray on the workmen of said William Thory at Partney.
