Defendants: John Smyth, parson of little Thurlow and Anne Bygrave alias Lady Anne Barnardiston.
Subject: Marriage of the said Anne Bygrave to Sir Thomas Barnardiston kt, she being already married to plaintiff John Thomas Barnardiston; and perjury in a suit concerning the marriage.
