Defendants: Anthony Morewood of Hemsworth Hall, merchant, John Morewood his brother, Rowland Swaine, William Coldwell, Ralph Wood, and others.
Subject: Forcible ouster and seizure of goods in the manor of Miidhope, mortgaged (sic) to the said Anthony Morewood by the said Thomas Barnbie and demised by the former to plaintiff and assault the servant of plaintiff Francis Barnbie.
