Description

Short title: Baynton v Anstye.

Plaintiffs: Sir Henry Baynton kt.

Defendants: John Anstye, son and heir of William Anstye, Richard Mounteyne his brother-in-law, Sir Timothy Whittingham kt, George Mortimer, John Mortimer his brother, and others.

Subject: Maintenance of a suit in the ecclesiastical courts for the administration of the goods of Andrew Baynton, deceased, uncle of plaintiff Sir Henry Baynton and of other suits against said plaintiff's tenants; forcible entry on the manors of Bromham Baynton, Bromham Battayle, Bremhill and Stanley.
