Short title: Best v Harvard.
Plaintiffs: Thomas Best gent of Bristol.
Defendants: Thomas Harvard of Bristol, yeoman, Mary Harvard his wife, William Harvard his son, James Mugglestone his son-in-law, Rees ap Morris ap Rees Gitto, William Tucker, Edward Welding, and others.
Subject: Taking away lead, lead ore and slag from a mill in which they were employed by plaintiff and which was demised to him by Sir Richard Lewknor kt, together with lead-bearing lands in Llanafan and Llanfihangel y Creuddyn, Cardiganshire, Wales, and seizure of cattle at Bedminster, Somerset.
