Plaintiffs: Richard Bolle, JP, husband of Elizabeth Bolle, late the wife of Sir George Gilby kt.
Defendants: William Noddle, yeoman, Thomas Gilbie esq, Michael Bland, [unknown] Melienux (Molineaux), John Mason alias John Johnson, Elizabeth Naylor, and others.
Subject: Procuring exhibition of articles by the said Elizabeth Bolle in the ecclesiastical courts, forcible entry, seizure of documents, assaults on plaintiff Richard Bolle's son and servant at Bole and hindering distribution of meadow to the poor of Bole.
