Plaintiffs: John Bromfielde gent of London.
Defendants: Edward Wood of London, mercer, George Pavor, James Wood, James Browne, Richard Millington, Ralph Foxeley, Thomas Wilkinson, Thomas Simcocke, and others.
Subject: Maintenance of an action by the said Thomas Simcocke for lands in Northwich and Lostock Gralam; and making a false certificate to a coroner's jury concerning the health of Robert Bromfielde, deceased.
Cheshire.
Note: Reviver by Sir Edward Coke, attorney-general, after death of plaintiff John Bromfielde.
