Plaintiffs: Sir Henry Blencow kt of Blencow.
Defendants: James Bellasois esq of Skelton, Yorkshire, Thomas Highmor, Christopher Leigh, Thomas Wilkinson, and others.
Subject: Forcible ejection of Amias Musgrave, late the wife of John Musgrave, from a messuage and land in Plumpton leased to him by plaintiff Sir Henry Blencow, forgery of an assignment thereof and perjury.
Cumberland.
