Defendants: Thomas Acton, Katherine Acton his wife, Moses Turnor and Thomas Giles.
Subject: Armed resistance to computation of a messuage and land in Sundrish and Chiddingstone leased to plaintiff Edmund Balam by Thomas Cowper and formerly to the said Thomas Acton, assault and charge of forcible entry.
