Plaintiffs: George Browne esq of Symondsbury and Joan Browne his wife, late the wife of Arthur Fowke esq of Symondsbury and administratrix of his goods.
Defendants: John Hebbard of Bridport, innholder and Henry Bartlett, late his tapster.
Subject: Forgery of a bond in the names of the said Arthur Fowke and Joan Browne.
