Description

Short title: Beeston v Jones.

Plaintiffs: Sir Hugh Beeston kt of Beeston, Cheshire.

Defendants: Roger Jones gent, Elizabeth Jones his wife, late the wife of Peter Bostocke of Holborn, scrivener and administratrix of his goods, Robert Harrison gent, and others, all of London.

Subject: Bonds whereby plaintiff Sir Hugh Beeston became surety for Ralph Beeston esq of Beeston, Yorkshire, to the said Robert Harrison and Lancelot Harvie gent of London, through the agency of the said Peter Bostocke.
