Plaintiffs: Sir Hugh Bethell kt of Ellerton, executor of Thomas Stephenson the elder and late sheriff.
Defendants: John Stephenson gent, Thomas Stephenson the younger gent, Edward Gravener, Edward Ramsell, Anthony Prowdefoote, Robert Stephenson, and others.
Subject: Seizure of goods, sheep and horses late of the said testator, Thomas Stephenson, at Goole and Mowgrave and forcible occupation of a barn at Goole, the said testator, having left his property to the poor of Goole, Whitgift, Swinfleet and Hedness.
