Description

Short title: Brunskell v Bainbrigge.

Plaintiffs: Philip Brunskell gent.

Defendants: Christopher Bainbrigge, son of William Bainbrigge, yeoman, Agnes Bainbrigge late his wife, John Bainbrigge and William Bainbrigge, brothers of the said William Bainbrigge, George Alderson, yeoman, Frances Alderson his wife, George Coates her father, and others.

Subject: Perjury in a charge of murder of the first-named William Bainbrigge at Bowes and charges of rape, etc.

Yorkshire.
