Plaintiffs: William Bowier esq, a ward of the Crown and grandson and heir of Sir William Bowier kt, deceased, by Sir Thomas Spencer bart, and others, his guardians.
Defendants: Richard Lovelace esq, Thomas Tymny, Thomas Popley, and others, millers, Thomas Edwardes, George Browne, and others.
Subject: Tampering with a jury in an inquiry before the Commissioners of Sewers and diversion of water from the mill of plaintiff William Bowier in the River Colne at Denham to their own.
Buckinghamshire.
