Defendants: Sir Henry Tynes kt, Robert Burche, George Fairbanckes and George Fuller, his servants, Richard Cuppledike (Coopledike) gent, Robert Hewys alias Robert Hewes, John Pye, Thomas Smyth, Robert Jackson, Christopher Boulton, Francis Smith, and others.
Subject: Forcible entries on the land in Roughton and Marton, whereof plaintiff Christopher Barbor has the lease and the said Sir Henry Tynes has the reversion, seizure and damage of cattle, assault and resistance of replevin at Kirkstead.
