Plaintiffs: William Bradgate gent of Little Peatling, Leicestershire, George Pettivere, Mary Pettivere his wife, Henry Mungumbrie, Agnes Mungumbrie his wife and Thomas Burberye, yeoman.
Defendants: William Glover, Mary Glover his wife, William Glover their son, Richard Burdett, feoffee to uses, William Burdett, William Wise gent of Lincoln's Inn, Thomas Mallowes, William Fennell, and others.
Subject: Forgery of an entail of lands in Hellidon in the name of William Glover, grandfather of the first-named plaintiff William Bradgate and father of the first named defendant William Glover and perjury in support therof.
Northamptonshire.
