Defendants: Robert Smyth esq, JP, Robert Smyth of London, merchant tailor, Richard Dowle, yeoman, Thomas Lantloe, Richard Dowell, constable of St Olave's Southwark, and others.
Subject: Forcible entry and damage to a brewhouse in St Olave's demised to the plainitiff Henry Burnell by the second-named Robert Smyth, who has refused to receive the rent.
Surrey.
