Description

Short title: Braithwait v Dalston.

Plaintiffs: Dorothy Braithwait, executrix and late the wife of Thomas Braithwait of Burneshead.

Defendants: Sir John Dalston kt of Dalston, Cumberland, Sir George Dalston kt, his son and heir apparent and William Biscoe gent, and others, their servants.

Subject: Forcible ouster and seizure of goods at Winanderwath in the name of Thomas Braithwait, son of plaintiff Dorothy Braithwait and son-in-law of the said Sir John Dalston.

Westmorland.
