Defendants: Richard Owen gent, solicitor to William Owen esq and Jane Owen his wife, Edward Ellis, attorney's clerk, and others.
Subject: Falsification of a record of nisi prius in a trial concerning lands in the hundreds of Eifionydd, lsaf, Is-gwrfai, Nant Conwy and Uch-gwrfai, claimed in lieu of a debt of the said Hugh Gwyn to Owen ap Robert Owen, whose executrix is the said Jane Owen.
