Description

Short title: Bowlar v Horsey.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Bowlar son of Richard Bowlar.

Defendants: Sir Jerome Horsey kt, JP, John Harman of Denham, William Syned, William Ledingham and Thomas Bigg, trustees, William Bampton, Thomas Herbert, Edward Moore, attorney in the Comon Please, Henry Pratt, and others.

Subject: Procuring forfeiture of a tenement in the manor of Monks Risborough by embezzling money entrusted to the said Edward Moore and Henry Pratt for payment of a debt to the said John Harman and forcible entry on the same.
