Description

Short title: Baguley v Candishe.

Plaintiffs: John Baguley, minister at Kentchurch.

Defendants: Thomas Candishe esq alias Thomas Cavandishe, Amy Candishe his wife, formerly a recusant, Richard Mynburs, and others her servants and John William, and others of Garway.

Subject: Assaults on plaintiff John Baguley and his servants at Kentchurch and on the road to Hereford, charge of treason, destruction of a pew in the church of Kentchurch, resistance to taking tithes and libel.

Herefordshire.
