Plaintiffs: Robert Broome, parson of Ringwold.
Defendants: Thomas Sampson of Ringwold, yeoman, Alice Sampson his wife, daughter of Thomas Philpot of Ringwold, deceased and John Philpot, nephew of the same Thomas Philpot.
Subject: Conspiracy to invalidate the will of the said Thomas Philpott (Philpot), whereof the said Robert Broome and Thomas Sampson are executors.
Kent.
