Plaintiffs: Sir Pexall Brocas kt.
Defendants: John Wilkinson of Alton, claiming to be coroner, Rumbold Wadloue of Overton, yeoman, George Morralle, and others.
Subject: Conspiracy to accuse the plaintiff Sir Pexall Brocas of the death of Roger Knight of Overton, his servant.
Hampshire.
Note: demurrer by the said John Wilkinson that said plaintiff has a remedy at common law and that his bill is of excessive length.
