Defendants: William Thurston of Colchester, grocer and William Bussard his attorney.
Subject: Frauds in connexion with the marriage settlement between the said John Battisford the son and Elizabeth Thurston daughter of the said William Thurston affecting the manor of Fen Drayton and messuages and lands there and in Swavesey, Conington, Chesterton, Impington, Milton and Banewell (Barnwell?).
