Short title: Beckett v Beckett.

Plaintiffs: John Beckett gent, younger brother of defendant Henry Beckett.

Defendants: Henry Beckett gent, son of Oliver Beckett and Margery Pexall daughter of Sir Richard Pexall kt.

Subject: Manors of Cortuther and Maders and lands in Devokye late of Robert Beckett, uncle to both parties.

Cornwall.
