Defendants: Francis Thetford gent, William Thetford his son, Christopher Thetford his brother, William Howse gent, Nicholas Lockington, George Bayfield gent, under-sheriff, William Bayfield his brother, Richard Heyward, William Man of Great Yarmouth, a jury, including William Moye, John Dad and Thomas Wood, and others.
