Defendants: Sir John Wyndham kt of Orchard, Somerset, Thomas Wyndham his son, John Blynman, his steward, Thomas Cutlacke, William Betson, and others, his tenants, Simon Purgell, Dinah (Diana) Betson, and others.
Subject: Perjury in a Chancery suit for lands in Metton, Felbrigg, Sustead and Roughton demised to plaintiff John Bartram by Roger Wyndham of Felbrigg and afterwards by the Crown, to whom it had been conveyed subject to redemption by a payment of ten shillings; and forcible entry on the same.
