Plaintiffs: John Bettenham esq of Sherland, son and heir of Daniel Bettenham.
Defendants: Anthony Deering kt, Richard Deering his father, Henry Hall esq, George Deering gent, Margaret Miller, and others.
The said Anthony Deering and Richard Deering, Nathaniel Field and Benjamin Child.
Subject: Affixing a false date to a lease of lands in Pluckley late of Sir Richard Baker kt, assault in Pluckley church, etc
Maintenance of a suit for the said lands in the Court of Wards in the name of Henry Baker, since Sir Henry Baker kt, and perjury.
