Plaintiffs: Randal Brooke son of Thomas Brooke and Cecily Brooke his wife, great-granddaughter of Richard Walker.
Defendants: Philip Oldfield esq, barrister, Philip Oldfield his son, Mary Oldfield wife of the latter, Richard Kenericke, Thomas Bromfull (Brounfull), and others.
Subject: Champerty and maintenance of suits before the justices of Chester, for a messuage and land in Astbury formerly of Thomas Somerford and forcible entry and felling of trees on the same.
