Defendants: Thomas Merrell, Ellen Merrell his wife, James Brearley, Thomas Veale, John Jones, Theophilus Pures, Thomas Allyn, William Bracey, and others.
Subject: Conspiracy to accuse plaintiff Sir John Bowyer of sodomy in order to obtain the forfeiture of his goods.
Note: pleadings cancelled and mutilated.
