Subject: Forgery of a will of William Spencer, yeoman, disposing of messuages and land in Austrey (Allentrey), for the payment of the legacies in which plaintiff Richard Burman has become bound with William Burman his brother on the latter's marriage with Frances Burman widow of the said William Spencer and daughter of the said Michael Walker.
