Description

Short title: Beckett v Beckett.

Plaintiffs: John Beckett, son and heir of Oliver Beckett esq of London.

Defendants: Henry Beckett, brother of plaintiff John Beckett, William Tompson servant of Sir Robert Remington kt and Margaret Beckett late the wife of Robert Beckett.

Subject: Suppression of an entail by the said Robert Beckett of the manor of Cartuther (in Menheniot) and lands in Cartuther, Boytethe, North Trevedo and South Trevedo, the borough, manor and sanctuary of Liskeard, Wilton in Duloe, Millcombe in Linkinhorne, Coldrenick, Puderdue and Putherda Mill.

Cornwall.
