Defendants: Richard Toony, John Thurston, Thomas Davys and William Bercombe, apprentices of the said Robert Rogers.
Subject: Attempt to poison the said Katherine Gilbert with cocculus indicus in revenge for locking defendants out of her said master's house, whereby she is deprived of all sense and understanding.
