Plaintiffs: Robert Browne of London, harberdasher.
Defendants: Robert Ley, clothiers' factor, William Ley, plaintiff Robert Browne's attorney, Thomas Belke, Anne Belke his wife, Thomas Marshall, Agnes Marshall his wife, Peter Whiteman, and others.
Subject: Refusal to perform conditions on which plaintiff Robert Browne consented to a judgment in the King's Bench, compelling him to consent to a divorce, detention of goods and accounts, etc.
London.
Note: demurrer by the said Thomas Belke on the gound of plaintiff Robert Browne's outlawry.
