Defendants: Thomas Higgins esq, counsellor of Lincoln's Inn John Hearne, Geoffrey Miller, barber, and others.
Subject: Rescue of Richard Ireland, arrested in White's Alley, Chancery Lane at the suit of James Brierley of London, linen-draper; and shaving one side of plaintiff Henry Bathe's head and chin on the mount in Lincoln's Inn walks.
