Plaintiffs: Sir Thomas Browne kt of Brownes, JP.
Defendants: George Close, parson of Black Torrington, Walter Poslett alias Walter Foeslett, his servant, William Rickard, minister, Thomas Neinowe, Margaret Neinowe his wife, and others.
Subject: Conspiracy to accuse Edmund Bearden of Black Torrington of begetting a child on Jane Beaton and causing its abortion, whereof the said George Close was guilty and to accuse plaintiff Sir Thomas Browne kt of suborning evidence in the matter.
