Short title: Bunfan v Beliald.
Plaintiffs: Arthur Bufan of Wortley, Yorkshire, yeoman.
Defendants: John Beliald of West Markham and James Thornehill of Tuxford, yeomen and William Emery or Edmery of Tiffield clerk.
Subject: Perjury in an action on the court of Whitehall concerning dealings in beans and grain at Tuxford and forgery of a bond relating thereto.
Nottinghamshire.
Note: demurrer that the sworn statements of defendants John Beliald, James Thornehill and William Edmery were only to their remembrance and that the bond was accepted as genuine at the former trial.
