Defendants: George Hancoxe of the Hyde (in Woolhope), Herefordshire, Thomas Hancoxe his brother, William Amphlett, under-sheriff of Worcester, Thomas Oliver alias Thomas Owphe alias Thomas Amphlett, and others.
Subject: Breaking into the house of plaintiff John Bury at Knighton and arrest of Thomas Bury his brother contrary to the last general pardon on a writ de excommunicato capiendo.
