Subject: Assault near Heanor to compel plaintiff John Brownelowe to accept arbitration in lawsuits, assault on Thomas Clissold, churchwarden, for presenting defendant Henry Hyde for non-attendance at church, composition of the said Thomas Clissold's suit, letting the parsonage of Heanor to ale-sellers, etc.
