Plaintiffs: Robert Bawnton alias Robert Brampton of Thorley, husbandman.
Defendants: Robert Gooddale, yeoman, Elizabeth Gooddale his wife and William Stephens and John Stephens his servants.
Subject: Rescue of the said Robert Gooddale when arrested at Thorley for trespass on lands of the late monastery of Christchuch Twyneham in Ningwood and Shalfleet.
Hampshire.
