Description

Short title: Beverley v Power.

Plaintiffs: James Beverley gent of Hugglescote Grange, Leicestershire, executor of William Beverley his brother.

Defendants: Robert Power, Mary Beverley his sister, late wife of the said William Beverley, Faith Wilcockes, and others.

Subject: Pretence that the said Mary Beverley [otherwise Mary Power] was not the sister of the said Robert Power, incestuous marriage between them and occupation of the manor of Cainhoe, contrary to the will of the said William Beverley in the case of the said Mary Beverley's marriage.
