Description

Short title: Ayres v Ayres.

Plaintiffs: David Ayres, shoemaker, late the husband of Mary Ayres, daughter of William Brabie, yeoman.

Defendants: Robert Ayres, Jane Ayres his wife, John Steward, timberman of Sicklemere (in Whelnethan), Robert Disse, tanner, Francis Ballard and Thomas Hawkins his servants, and others.

Subject: Forcible entry on messuages and lands in the lordship of Ely inherited by the said Mary Ayres from her said father William Brabie, destruction of pasture, siege of the house of plaintiff David Ayres, etc.
