Description

Short title: Arscot v Hender.

Plaintiffs: Elizabeth Arscot of Rossorowe (Roserrow in St Minver?) the wife of Humphrey Arscott gent of St Evall, as guardian and next friend of Rossoclere Arscott their son.

Defendants: John Hender esq of Boscastle, uncle of the said Humphrey Arscott and John Molsworth, his kinsman.

Subject: Seizure of cattle of the said Humphrey Arscott on his lands in St Mawgan and at Trevisker under a forged will whereof the said John Hender is overseer.

Cornwall.
