Defendants: George Lane, deputy of Thomas Simcockes esq, high-steward of the manor of Orston to Roger [Manners] Earl of Rutland, William Rest, ale-house keeper and deputy bailiff of the same manor, George Barrett and John Sawter of Thoroton, Henry Huging, and others.
Subject: Procuring divers amercements against plaintiff Richard Allen in the court of Orton.
