Plaintiffs: William Atkinson of Fulham, husbandman and Elizabeth Atkinson his wife, daughter of Elizabeth Heydon of Lambeth, deceased.
Defendants: Christopher Woodward, vintner, late of London and Elizabeth Woodward his wife, Thomas Pratt, baker, Mary Guilden alias Mary Fissher, and others, all of Lambeth, and John Basely alias John Bradsley, yeoman of Newington.
Subject: Drawing a will of Elizabeth Heydon, and procuring her signature to it when unconscious.
