Plaintiffs: Henry Aiscough of Blyborough esq, grandson of Sir Henry Aiscough kt, deceased.

Defendants: James Fraunces, Henry Wiggan, Matthew Wiggan, Thomas Wiggan, and others of Snitterby.

Subject: Assaults and seizure of hay from land in Snitterby held of the Duchy of Cornwall.
