Plaintiffs: Lawrence Adams, merchant of Totnes and Elizabeth Adams his wife, late the wife of Eustace Wise, merchant of Totnes.
Defendants: Humphrey Sidnam, servant of Truro, John Luffe, Robert Charles, John Kempe clerk, Cuthbert Sidnam, and others.
Subject: Rescue of the said Humphrey Sidnam at Truro when arrested for a debt due to the said Eustace Wise.
Cornwall.
